Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon plain flour
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon bi carb soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a large mug and mix well. Add the wet ingredients and mix again until well combined.
  2. Place mug in microwave for 1 minute 20 to 1 minute 40 depending on your microwave. This can take a bit of trial and error since every microwave is different, but it's better to undercook than overcook, which will result in a dry cake.
