Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 4 ounces firm tofu drained and patted dry
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • A few ice cubes
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of powdered peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Garnish with extra powdered peanut butter.
