Ingredients
Ripe red tomatoes – 2
large
Capsicum – ½
Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
Red chilly powder – 1 teaspoon
Jeera – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
For tempering:
Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds
Channa dal
Urad dal
Curry leaves
Instructions
Grind the coconut, jeera, salt and red chilli powder to a fine paste. Keep it aside
Roast the tomato and capsicum with very little oil ill they turn soft
Temper the other ingredients in coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients with the curd.
