Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat curds dahi , beaten
  • 1/2 cup cubed and boiled beetroot
  • 1/4 cup cucumber cubes
  • 1/4 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander dhania
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds jeera powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for ½ hour and serve chilled.
