dahi , beaten

cubed and boiled beetroot

cucumber cubes

deseeded and chopped tomatoes

roasted cumin seeds
jeera powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for ½ hour and serve chilled.
