Ingredients

  • 1 cup curds dahi
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander dhania
  • 4 crushed garlic lehsun
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds jeera powder
  • a pinch of black salt sanchal
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the curds in a deep bowl and whisk till smooth.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
