To Be Mixed Together Into A Dressing

thick fresh curds
dahi

fresh cream

mustard
rai / sarson powder

roasted cumin seeds
jeera powder

powdered sugar
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients along with the dressing in a deep bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve chilled.
