Angoori Lassi Recipe | What is the Recipe of Angoori Lassi

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes (chopped fine)
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 1/2 glass Creamy Unsweetened Yogurt
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions

  1. Pre heat (medium) pan and roast the cumin seeds till they slightly turn darker.
  2. Remove it from heat and grind it to a fine powder.
  3. Add cumin powder, crushed ice, grapes, salt, sugar and blend till it smoothens.
  4. Transfer the mixture into tall glasses.
  5. Garnish it with chopped grapes and cumin powder.
  6. Enjoy it chilled.
