Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hung curd
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Yellow bell pepper cubed
  • 3 tbsp Red bell pepper cubed
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum cubed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Whole wheat bread slices
  • Butter to spread

Instructions

  1. Mix together hung curd, onion, 2 tbsp bell peppers each, 2 tbsp capsicum, coriander, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Apply curd pepper spread on two slices whole wheat bread. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of capsicum and bell peppers each.
  3. Cover them with a bread slice each. Apply butter on both sides (outer) of the sandwich and grill them both on an electric grill or on a flat hot griddle on stove.
  4. Crispy curd and pepper sandwich is ready.
