Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee or Clarified Butter
  • 1 cup Lotus seeds halved
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste optional

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee or clarified butter in a pan. Once hot, put lotus seeds and stir fry on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Once they turn sufficiently crispy, add salt, pepper and switch off the gas. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve warm or store in an air tight container once cold and have it as a snack whenever hunger strikes.
