Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic grated
  • 2 tbsp Oil or Clarified Butter Ghee)
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala optional

Instructions

  1. Mix together chickpeas, salt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin powder, oil, chaat masala, red chili powder. Coat the chickpeas well.
  2. Heat a skillet and put the above chickpeas and roast them on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Keep stirring in between. Serve warm.
