Heat olive oil in a pan and once it's hot, add chopped onions. Once translucent, add green chili and garlic.

Mix well and add capsicum. Now add spinach, mint, coriander and peas. Mix well.

After a couple of minutes, add salt, black pepper powder and cardamom powder.

Mix well. Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit.

Blend together into a coarse mix. Add boiled potatoes, red chili powder, garam masala and chaat masala.

Mix well and form tikkis. Shallow fry the tikkis until crisp and done.

On a whole wheat roti, spread some cheese spread. Add some lettuce.

Place a shami kebab on top. Spread some more cheese spread and wrap it tightly with an aluminum foil or butter paper.

Serve hot or pack it in the lunch box.
