In a deep pan, heat olive oil. Add garlic and saute for a few seconds. Add red chili flakes.

Add onions and saute for a couple of minutes.

Add whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour 2 tsp) and cook till you get a nutty aroma.

Now add hot milk and mix it with a whisk (works better than a ladle).

Stop whisking once you see bubbles. Add cheese and mix well.

Now add carrots, broccoli, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.

Add pasta and mix well. Adjust the seasoning if required.

Garnish with parsley, cheese and red chili flakes and serve hot.
