Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 white onion sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh herbs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes and cucumbers into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add vegetables and herbs into a medium sized bowl.

  3. Toss with mayonnaise and season with salt & pepper to taste.
