Tips:
- Paratha Substitute: If you prefer a lighter version, you can use whole wheat or multigrain parathas instead of regular ones.
- Customize the Filling: Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers, lettuce, or cabbage for crunch and variety.
- For Extra Smokiness: You can add a drop or two of liquid smoke to the paneer marinade for a more “tandoori” feel.
- Make it Vegan: Use tofu or soya chunks instead of paneer, and substitute the yogurt with plant-based yogurt.
Serving Suggestions:
- Paneer Kathi Rolls are best served with a side of mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or yogurt dip.
- You can also serve them with a small salad or a glass of fresh fruit juice for a complete meal.
