Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 100 grams Green peas
- 3 Green chilly chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 bunch Mint chopped
- 1 bunch Coriander chopped
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric
- Salt - to taste.
- 75 grams Soya granules
- 3 Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
- 3 Tomatoes

Soak soya granules into the hot water till it puffs up and drain them.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, when onions are golden in colour add turmeric, chopped coriander, chopped mint, cook this till crispy, add ginger, garlic paste, chopped green chilly, green peas, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tomatoes, water, cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add Soya granules, cook this for 5 minutes in a slow flame.

Serve this hot with rice, and chapattis.
