Ingredients

  • 2 mango large
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pure icing sugar sifted
  • 1 tbs gelatine powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 300 ml thickened cream whipped

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop mangoes.

  2. Blend with the lemon juice and icing sugar.

  3. Pour into glass bowl.
  4. Dissolve gelatine in the hot water. Add to mango mixture and mix well.

  5. Fold in the whipped cream mixing well.

  6. Chill until set.

Tips:

  • Use Fresh Mangoes: Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor. If fresh mangoes are out of season, you can also use canned mango puree or frozen mango chunks (thawed and blended).
  • For a Lighter Version: Use whipped coconut cream instead of heavy cream for a dairy-free and vegan version.
