Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or 60 grams
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon optional
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions

Roast walnuts for 7 to 8 minutes in a saucepan.

Once roasted, add butter and coat well. Roast for another one or two minutes.
