Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup lettuce chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp roasted chana dal corsely powdered
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste powdered

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, chana dal powder, salt and black pepper and mix well.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss.

  3. Serve immediately.
