Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- 1/2 cup shredded paneer / ricotta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 tbsp red chilli flakes for some for garnish
- 1 cup spinach finely chopped
- 1/2 cup corn boiled
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
Instructions

In a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil add green Chilli and saute. Add chopped spinach and boiled corn, saute until mix well it takes about 2 to 3 mins. Turn off the flame add to the big bowl let cool.

Blend to one pulse, it will mixed well together. Transfer to the bowl, add salt and pepper Chilli flakes and mix well.

Add cream cheese and paneer, parmesan cheese and mix well.

Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 200 degree toast the bread for 5 to 7 mins . Take out the bread take one spoon full of spinach cream mixture and spread fully.

Spread some grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some Chilli flakes. Again preheat the oven to 200 d for 10 mins and bake them for 15 mins or until cheese gets melt and gets colour.
