- 3 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Onion Chopped
- 3 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Salt Table
- 0.50 cup Paneer

Wash and chop the broccoli finely. You can also chop using the food processor.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and cook until the onion becomes soft. Add the chopped broccoli, salt, red chili powder and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the grated paneer and turn off the heat. Allow to cool.

In the meantime, you could start preparing for the parathas. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well.

Add the enough amount of water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into small portions and roll it into flat circles.

Place the broccoli mixture in center and seal the edges. Roll it again gently into the flat circle.

In a hot skillet place the parathas one by one and cook on both the sides until the color changes into golden brown.
