Ingredients

  • 8 wheat Bread
  • 300 gms Yellow Potato
  • 0.25 cup Peas Green Raw
  • 0.50 tsp Salt Table
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice Raw
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and peas together until soft. Mash the potatoes and peas to a smooth paste when they are still warm. Add salt, lemon juice, red chili powder and mix well.
  2. Divide the potato mixture into small balls and shape them into the cylindrical or oval and keep it ready.
  3. Take a slice of bread, cut the edges using a knife and roll it into flat using a rolling pin.
  4. Apply water to one edge of a bread and place the potato filling on the other end. And roll the bread and seal the edges by pressing gently ( if the roll is not sealing properly, apply extra water to the rough side of a bread and seal it.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and place the bread potato rolls and cook until the bread color changes into golden brown.
