  • 4 medium cucumber

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing

  • 3/4 cup paneer crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh curds
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut each cucumber vertically into 2 and then cut each into 3 equal parts.
  2. Scoop out the centers of each piece using a scooper. 

  3. Stuff each cucumber piece with 1 tsp of the prepared stuffing.
  4. Serve immediately.
