Ingredients

  • Ripe red tomatoes – 2 large
  • Capsicum – ½
  • Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
  • Red chilly powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Jeera – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • For tempering:
  • Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds
  • Channa dal
  • Urad dal
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Grind the coconut, jeera, salt and red chilli powder to a fine paste. Keep it aside
  2. Roast the tomato and capsicum with very little oil ill they turn soft
  3. Temper the other ingredients in coconut oil
  4. Mix all the ingredients with the curd.
