Tips:
- For Extra Crunch: You can double fry the paneer cubes — fry them once, let them cool for a minute, and fry them again for a crispier texture.
- Spice Level: Adjust the heat by adding more or less chili sauce, green chilies, or chili flakes based on your preference.
- Vegan Version: Use tofu instead of paneer for a vegan version. Tofu will give a similar texture and absorb the sauce beautifully.
- Make Ahead: You can prep the fried paneer bites and store them separately. When you’re ready to serve, just toss them in the sauce and serve immediately.
Chili Paneer Bites are a mouthwatering dish with crispy paneer and a spicy, tangy sauce that’s perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re making them for a party or a casual snack, they’re sure to be a hit! Enjoy!
