- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Peas & carrot steamed
- 1 tbsp Corn steamed
- 1 tbsp Broccoli steamed
- 1/4 cup Instant wheat noodles boiled
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Vegetable stock
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce optional
- 1 tsp Lemon juice optional

In a mug, place butter, onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander and red chili flakes. Microwave for 30 seconds.

Mix through and add peas & carrot, corn, broccoli, instant wheat noodles, salt to taste, pepper to taste, vegetable stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce (optional), Lemon juice (optional).
